Evaluating Invention

First, universities request us to evaluate the inventions.
Second, we evaluate the inventions from their patentabilities and commercial possibilities point of view.
Finally,we report these results for universities.

 

Licensing

We introduce the applicated invention for campanies.
In addition, we negotiate and sign a contact with companies, when companies request the implementation of invention.

Option Agreement	Rights of choice whether licensed or not.(Exclusive , Non-Exclusive)
Licensing Agreement	Permission of working patent (Exclusive , Non-Exclusive).
Assignment Agreement	Assignment of patent
